Cooking With Love In Mind

Cooking with love in mind is an old-aged way of winning people and touching lives. We love to eat and share food with loved ones. We tend to enjoy each day of our lives by means of eating the right food and delicious meals. Our families are taken cared of because we cook only the most nutritious and palatable food for them. But how do we really share our cooked meals at home?

We should think of many ways to make our meals so exciting. For example, we should cook the favorite dishes of the person who is celebrating birthday. Or if we want to have a picnic in our favorite resort such as Watercamp Resort in Cavite, we should cook something suitable for a swimming party.

People agree that cooking from the heart is the most effective way to perfect a recipe. The perfect taste of a meal is only arrived by thinking that what cook is for our loved ones. Cooking with love in mind is also a unique way to enjoy cooking and preparing all the necessary ingredients. There are recipes that are not easy to prepare and it takes a loving heart to fulfill the task properly. I surely believe that cooking with love in mind is the ultimate secret of the best chef in town.

Shrimp a la Karl

Shrimps cooked with soda and vegetable oil are my favorite for lunch. I used to cook such food if I feel like I am sad or sentimental. I like the color of shrimps when already cooked. I like shrimps in medium sizes- not to big and not too small. As a seafood diet, cooking shrimp is also easy to do.

The things needed in cooking Shrimp a la Karl include cleaned half kilo shrimps, vegetable oil, 1 cup soda like Sprite, the usual spices like red bell pepper, garlic, onions, and seasoning to taste. Before frying the shrimps, just place it in a wok or pan, let simmer for a few minutes and then set aside. After that, fry the shrimps (saute) by adding the spices. When cooked, pour the soda and allow to simmer. Serve with steamed rice.
